dreamcast video cables

hey i just bought a dreamcast today at my local flea market. i have everything but an A/V cord. i checked lik-sang.com and the closest they have is an s video cable. i have no idea what s-video is, could anyone tell me? also where could i get a dreamcast a/v cord

S-Video has Luma and Chroma on separate wires, which gives slightly higher quality to the image displayed, when compared to composite ("A/V").
