check out this dremel tool!
It would be perfect for our portablizing needs! its got a wood burning tip (not really needed), a soldering tip, and a hot knife tip for cutting plastic! and its 30W so it would be perfect! thought id post it here to maybe help someone out!

It's a soldering iron. Unless you want to burn a name ino your case this is useless. I have one I should know. Besides the tip got too hot and broke off.

would the woodburning kit be useful for cutting through plastic, or would it give the same effect a soldering iron would?

i want a hit knife tip! ive used the good ole heat an xacto blade with a porpane torch but that would work so much better lol

I normally just take my soldering iron and stab it through the plastic. I suppose I could get a knife tip for finer cutting though
