Favorite game series that are long forgotten

what are some of you favorite games or Series that have not been touched for a long time (4 or more years i would say)?

Mine would be Shenmue, the last time it was released was on the XBOX in 2002. The Chance of a Shenmue III are pretty low, sense it was a very expensove endevor.

Touched as in I haven't played it, or touched as in developers haven't made anything new for it?

For the first one, probably Act Raiser; the second, the Chrono series, indefinitely. I'm close to hate-mailing Nomura himself over the whole "Chrono Brake" fiasco. If we don't see a compilation of the Chrono series soon, I'll go insane. Especially when they tell you that the next game will go back to the roots of Trigger and be all about the Fall of Guardia and how Chrono dies and what happens to everyone and stuff. MAN, I'm starting to hate Square!

They had like 4 or 5 Commander Keen's didn't they? That was a good game, haven't played it in forever...

Personally I'm not missing any games really because the only series I like is still being continued(Final Fantasy anybody?)

hah, I actually don't play all that many video games(*gasp* here come the flames haha) Really the only games I like are FF, and even those... meh. Last time I turned on my ps2 was about... gosh I can't even remember, even longer for my xbox. Heh, man what the hell am I doing on these forums... lol

I've never played Chrono, so I can't tell you if I like or dislike them, so yeah.

I'm with you on the FF3 DS, also really looking forward to FF12, I played a demo, awesome.
