Wallpaper Adjustment

Hey, I just found an awsome wall paper, Its of Squall from FF8 looking up,
Here it is:

Its really good, But theres one thing that bothers me.. The Background (The unless white space with a grid).. Has a grid in it, I HATE THE GRID. can someone make the background white for me?

and Also Squalls head, It has the grid on it too, On the white part and the Black shadow, can someone Eliminate that grid?

(post a Link to the NEW background, but please make keep it the same size it is now)
