screen distortion, but not like segasonicfan's i don't think

its weird... when i turn my screen on (psone), this weird black distortion thing on the left side of the screen comes on. and it moves back and forth and is annoying the crap out of me! does anybody know how i can fix this? i don't think its what segasonicfan's screen was doing, but i could be wrong...

make sure your video is grounded and if it is, try grounding it in different places.
