some PS2s look different on the inside but you fix them the same way. you may need to turn the white gear more than what it says (i had to turn mine at least 90º to get it working)

I have a 19" Sanyo TV from the early 90's as my main gaming tv, every game system that I have except for my PSP and my N64, I bought broken and repaired it myself, because I could not afford to buy a new one, my computer (though it is pretty awesome) is a pieced together mess, made from parts scrapped from old computers and a few new ones that I could get ahold of for a low price when I had some extra cash. I am not stupid I am an A and B student, a computer wiz, atleast that is what many say, and I use firefox , and I promise you that I am not insane . PS3= a lot of cash that is worth spending, awesome games, great features, free online, great controller, good machine all the way around.
EDIT: I have also come to a conclusion, that may help everybody here, you can afford anything (Within realistic boundaries ofcourse) if you want it enough. You simply must work hard to get it.

whoa i didn't expect so many replies since there are so many next gen consoless threads. now the wii having 78 percent of the votes part i did expect, since the wii stands out so much compared to ps3 and XB360.
