So why exactly did you move the Dpad and buttons around? It's extremely hard and impossible to play with. Seriously, you'd have to remake the control board, and the case.

ok, so i didn't really understand ur question, but i'll try to answer it. on the namco pp 2, the controls are like this:

O 0
O
on top is the fire button i think, on the bottom is the start button, also the shift up for pole position. then on the right is the joystick, i am so comfortable with this layout , i would like to have the same layout. and if you open up the plug & play, youll se that is way easy to relocate almost everything. and since no game uses both the twist control AND the normal up down left right directions , then i have no prob just having to hold the portable differently to play each way (joystick/dpad, paddle.)

ok so i happened to go to a mall and saw a radioshack, so i entered. i immediately went to the battery clips and switches, so i saw a "sliding"switch, which i plan on buying one of these days (i didnt have me wallet with meh). and a battery clip, a really cool one which holds 4 batts in each side, so i plan on buying two of those for having 8 batts powering my NP3. so i thought i would let u guys know...

on a non-np3 topic: i played the power4 player finnally in the same mall i visited radioshack in. it's actually pretty awesome and i played contra, super mario bros(which actually looked like mario bros). and i also played karateka, but got beaten in less than five seconds hahaha. so i plan on buying it the day i visit radioshack again. also i have a question, on the power player there was a cardtridge slow on the back, and pretty wide at that. i thought it was a famicom, but since ive never touched a famicom cart, i immediatly thought of a NES cart, so i need your answers in that, is it a fc or a nes cart slot.

ok, that's it for now.

Why did you mirrored the controls? Are you left handed maybe? How are you going to fill the extra hole that the B button makes?

That's what I've been asking. :P

Though he could just use bondo or wood filler to fill the holes.

Yeah but then he would have to paint it with a lot of layers. You'll definently see the hole unless he does. The * is koowl though, if the green would be darker I'd say it was a US army design

Well, If you sand everthing down the same, then it will only require:

2 layers of primer
2 layers of paint
2 layers of enemal

And a HELL lot of drying time! ;)

@ sammy
I said the same thiing before wrote:

As for the b button hole, i still haven't decided if i will use a dpad, or a analog stick. so it depends, if i use a dpad, the when i make the hoel for it, ill try to go through the b button hole. if i use an analog stick, then ill make a hole big enough so i won't have an unused hole. also on the analog stick method i will make it's layout, tact switches and all, like ben's colecovisionp. look it up. it's basically the thumbpart, the little pole under it, hot glued(at least on my np3) to a flat, circular... um...plastic? under it. and the tact switches under all that. it's pretty simple, but it seems to get the jobdone.

as far as paint goes, i dont know if i will paint it a different color, becaus i really like the color my gbc has, a lime green i think. IF I paint, it would be, maybe baby blue or sky blue, like the namco plugplay 2 factory color.

OOOk so power question:

would 8 alkaline batts power a screen an npp, since the namco takes 4 batts and a pocket tv takes 4 also, i concluded that 8 batteries would be enough but then i thought "12V!!!?" and i don't what batteries,tv,and batterie holders(if necessary) i will buy.
