question regarding cases and NOAC

could a yobo fit in a case 3in X 4in X 1.375in and still have room for a screen?

Well, are you going to cut part of the board off? What screen will you use? Will it also have controls built in? All of this must be considered. And, if you follow ben's advice, you will build the guts first and then think about a case. Build the electronics first, and the case will be much easier.
