record video in nesticle please help

i recorded a crazy video in nesticle as a .nsm file, but i need it as an avi or other popular format

does anyone know of a good (preferably free) screen record program that supports audio and wont screw up the colors when it records the emulator?

You can download creative mediasource player and just convert it using that. It does songs but, I'm pretty sure it does video too.

I don't know if it records emulator game video, but fraps is a good choice.
Edit: I don't think it records audio, sorry.
