Well, if I am correct...ah is for batteries. Basically amp/hours are used to determine how long a battery will give power at a certain amperage. so 1aH is saying that it can run at 1 amp for 1 hour,.1amps for 10 hours or .01 amps for 100 hours...if i am correct that is. all i know is that the smaller ps1 runs at takes in about 2 amps (or that's what the adapter said anyway).

I mean AH. >_< Not amps. I want to run the darn thing off of batteries. And besides, AH does apply when running from the wall. The higher the AH, the faster it runs up the bill, don't ya know.

I believe it's somewhere around 1050 mA (according to Ben's bookâ€¦), but I haven't checked it myself.

Also, batteries are rated in AH/mAH, not electronics. It's a conversion fraction: this battery supplies [specified amps] for one hour at [specified voltage].
