Who? MikeJones? Whatever happened to "Don't shoot the messenger"? And for that matter, what about "You're not a mod"?

I would assume he was talking about the spammer we had on the forums earlier who was posting in almost every thread, deliberately spamming. It seems that the problem has been taken care of though, so I understand your confusion.

They will still sell the ones they have, but won't accept them.

Yeah I was talking about the spammer. I have nothing against Mike Jones or anyone else here. BTW I know I am not a mod, nor do I want to be. I just hate seeing our beloved forums marred by spam. Sorry for any misunderstanding.

I know what you were talking about.
I was there and boy was it terrifying. There weren't any mods online at the time either, we could only sit there as the forums deteriorated and none of us could intervene. :(
Glad it's over!
And Bic, I love Crash bandicoot 2! :P That's the first game I ever had, EVAR!

I just thought you guys should know this: My GameStop said that since all these games are being liquidated, so are all the NES/SNES/Genesis crap at their warehouse in Texas; they stopped selling the games on their site for a while b/c now they are shipping all the classic games in the warehouse to a select few GameStop's in each state, mine being one of them :D ! They'll be setting up a ton of classic games outside and selling them dirt cheap.

Most that do are probably just smaller stores that aren't regional. I'm going to Gamerz Garage today in Westmost today (if they even still exist lol). I'd say the best bet is to check http://www.yellowpages.com and search Video Games.

'Tis a sad, sad day when a used game store chain stops accepting used games. I, for one, wish for the return of classic game stores that actually sold me classic games. Ah, Funcoland, Good times, Good times. :)
Shhh! I'm not officially back yet.
