Funky adapter

I've been looking for a real weird kind of adapter, one that lets you put a USB device into a Compact Flash (CF) slot. For example, plugging an iPod with a male USB end into a female CF card slot where a CF card should go. There are a ton of adapters that let you plug CF cards into USB slots, but I want the other way around. So far I'm questioning their existance, but can someone tell me if they're real and/or where to find them?

they are real. I found that by USB to SD card adaptor (think CF and SD are same... or very close)

Nope.

That's the exact opposite of what I'm looking for. That lets you plug a card into a USB slot; I want a USB into card slot.
I'm looking for some kinda adapter that has a female USB slot and a Male CF card end.
And SD and CF are very different.

UPDATE:
I just found a picture of what I'm looking for!

Notice how it takes in a USB device and has an end that plugs into a CF card slot.

I've looked into it, and it'd me much less hassle to just buy a larger capacity CF card.

PATA (also known as IDEâ€¦) and CF are very similar (pin adapter required), but CF and SD are not.
