Hey peoples,

i can finally build a portable. I bought a screen, a gamecube LCD. I know not the best choice but it was cheap ($0.01

), but i am having a decision Issue, between what portable to make, a Genesis portable (non GOAC), a N64, PSone, or DC. I know they all have thier strong points, but what would you concidere the best to make.

after 2 years I fianlly build one

If this is your first one, do a Genesis or PSone portable. The N64 is tough and the DC is really tough.

PSOne-No cartridges to worry about, real easy wiring. Do it. I know I have.

The problem is i have more games for genesis, and n64 than PSone

The Genesis isn't so bad either, actually. Just don't go after the n64. The Genesis is actually ok. But I still suggest the psone.

if you have games for genesis and N64, then do one of those. if you want a challenge or like N64 games better, do that. if you want it to be eay, do genesis.

N64 for a first portable=Given up after the twenty-eighth mobo. You need something to build up to it.

Well, N64 is one of my most favorite (cartrage) consoles, 2nd is genesis

I decided on N64, and i have a design up and ready. It needs to be refined, and measurements, but it gives a basic idea

looks pretty good but remember the expansion pack and official analog stick are pretty bulky

I took the thumb stick into account, but not the Expansion port, Like i said it needs refinement
