My (non-gaming)Cabinet is finished! SEVERE 56K WARNING!

After a trimester and many days and free times after-shcool, I finally finished my cabinet in woods class, and I really really really wanted to show it off, so here are the pics!:

I really proud of my inlaying job. It's my first one, and I think it turned out really good!

I could take modern cabinet making next year. Might that include video game cabinets?

Nice but could you resize the images? It must be a killer for dial-ups.

Well still a bit big. I know post a link too the pictures in full size. So they are full size but dialer uppers can read it without dying of boredom.

It is stained! I used a very light stain on the main part of the case (made of pine) and I used a Danish or Dutch (can't remember which) oil on the panel on the door.

That is a nice inlay, and the ebony looks really good in that. Are the other wood you used maple and poplar?

Nice job! The best thing I ever made out of wood was a shelf. It has a really nice grain and stain to it though...

The case is pine, and the main panel is cherry. The border is curley maple, the light rhombus' are regular maple, the dark rhombus' are walnut, and the two little funky shapes are butternut.
