My n64p 99.9% done

I worked on this n64p for about a week and im suprised at the quality of it. Despite its ugly large box shape, its amazingly comfortable, I still have to paint it and give it a screen. I actually had a screen for it, but the screen fried. I tested everything and its all fine so I took out the little pcb things that connect into the screen and I will hook them up into a new screen completing my job.

and yeah, I know lol I did a crap job on glueing the buttons to the case.

Can you get a beauty shot of the whole unit put together? (I am acting like you are my photography apprentice) It looks rather tacky (no offense, just saying) But with the rounded controls, it should be ok.

Its a bit too dark in the pictures to tell a lot. Nice idea of using the rubber mat to prevent shorts, I'm just using a piece of card stock.

Yeah the thing really does the trick. Sorry about the bad pics I have a really crappy web cam...

I get my screen in a week because I fried the other one and to my amazement there is not a single store in my city or my surrounding cities that has a ps1 screen so I had to special order one.

And also yeah although it has pretty much square edges, holding the thing is really comfortable and the buttons on the bottom are perfect, in fact I can hear my R button click each time I press it...oooh that sounds so nice

Once I am done and paint it, it should look toooonns nicer.

also this is the first portable I have ever made so proud of it, my next portable will be a nes with a vacuum formed case.
