Indianapolis Good Guys Festival

Post by cowsgoquack101 »

Well, today my dad took my brother and I on a 2 hour drive down to Indianapolis and we went to the Good Guys Fest at the Indy Race Way park, it was great fun. If your into loud noises and being a stereotypical man then this is the place to be.

My question to you is, is anyone here interested in cars/ hot rods or any motor sports event?

ive never really got into cars

my friend will always say "wow look at that (insert car model) over"

me: "what? its a car"

as long as it gets me where i want to go i dont really mind, i can see the appeal but ive never really looked to much into it

I love the old gassers myself, especially a '39 Willy, but I know that they're about as expesnive like there's no tomorrow. I'd like to have one but if I did get one my only option would be to get one with a working engine and a crappy body and fix up the body.

Just a question what kind of paint job do you guys like, a flat finish or a glossy finish?

depends on the car, for a gasser or rat definatly flat black or another dark color, for kustom cruisers and stuff flat or a nice pearled or flaked red or purple or blue, hell any color with metal flake looks badass!
