There've been reports of some stores selling Lites a little early, so I'm sure its probably legit. However, it has two days left, so it'll surely go up in bidding, perhaps even more than the MSRP since its early. However, by the time bidding is over and it arrives, the Lite will have already come out.

It looks legit by checking out his other auctions and feedback.

I'm sure the price is going to ramp up sharply in the closing hours of the auction, so don't think that you'll get it for anywhere near the price it's at now.

I know about the street date I am talking aboutthe fact that he is asking les than the retail stores are

It is possible he bought a palette on wholesale and that could lower his price but I don't know

i bet he got it for 129.99 but i dont know if you understand the auction system. The price slowly raises during the first 6 days and in the last hour it will probably get as many bids as it has in the first 6 days

The Auction was ended early because of an "error" in the listing.
