Strangest? Why the hell do they think SegaSonicfan, G-Force, and Dkap01's portables are strange. They be the crap out of a lot of portables. If not for the nice look (well not the CDX) but for the fact they make them of consoles that are still liked by retro gamers.

How many of you would pass on playing Willy Beamish on the SegaCD, Alien vs. Preditor on the Jaguar, SNK vs Capcom on the Dreamcast, or maybe some Soul Calibar II on the GameCube? I know I wouldn't.

But I guess I can't expect much from a site of people that don't appresiate the work that goes into making a portable, or shot down a old school console (like the Colecovision).

I think when they meant strange, they mean the most interesting portables. I wouldn't really take offense to that because it is true. I mean who would think of seeing a portable ps2 just laying around. I mean they are awesome, but also strange to come by. This also makes them very interesting in their own way too.

That's pretty sweet! It was kinda lame, though, that none of Ben's portables were on there; and everything besides the portables kinda....sucked. Come on, I know stuff like a NES modded to look like a PS2 is cool, but it's DEFINITELY not up to par with any of the portables posted. And another thing: WHERE'S MY PORTABLES?!?!?!!?Haha, j/kOr am I?

I don't think that was fair. Yes, segasonicfan's is by far the best on there, but I believe it was just topped by Dave's Xbox. Truly I don't believe that Ben's portable should've been put up there, more of Dave's stuff should've replaced it.

It's pretty cool, not a perfect list, but at least some people got credit for their hard work.

I didn't see any of mine on there. Can you point out where they mentioned it/them? I was going to post a link to my NES Boy, but I don't want to if I missed it. Oh and thanks for the compliment.

It's kind of a shame. I don't even think a lot of people know that there are MULTIPLE good portablizers out there, especially if you're not a member here. Don't get me wrong; I build portables for the enjoyment, but a little recognition would be nice. And I bet you guys who are REALLY good can agree with me even more (G-force, Turbo, Marshall, Triton, me

and anyone else good they didn't put on the crummy list)

the list seemed ok, but had enough room for improvment. Maybe put turbo's nice GCp, or G-Force's NESboy, or... something else. But, good job to everyone who did get recognition (and also many others who deserve some credit) !

Sorry I got you and Gamelver mixed up sometimes.

I finally got to read the list. Other then those NES mods, like the one that looks like a virtical stand PS2 or the NES/Genesis combo the rest are normal. Hell if they wanted a strang mod why didn't Ben's Atari/PS2 combo system make it on the list, how missed matched is that.
