WTB/TF: Screen and NOAC

As seen in the title, I need a screen for a portable, most preferrably a PSOne, and a NOAC. For the screen, I'm looking to pay somewhere in the $30 range, maybe a bit higher. I'd like my sellers to be paypal-compatible for quick payment, and preferrably be on the good trader list. I'm in kind of a jam, b/c I'm building this for a friend who is moving to Arizona , and I don't have much time. I may have some Super Nintendos to trade, if you need some.
