There's really no need to be a smart alec. We just have no idea what you're trying to ask. If you're trying to find out if you can use a NOAC, hip gear screen, casing, and buttons to make a portable, then yes; that's pretty much all you need for any portable.

I'm usually not to hard on noobs, but what the hell. You come into a civilized place with people that use capitalization and existing grammer and spam the place up like this.

We have no damn clue what you're talking about because I believe you are just hitting those square things on your keyboard in a non-fancy manner. When you say this:
could-asking
i-me
buy-to purchase
a-the first letter in the alphabet
and-used to suggest more than one
use-to be used
that-that
things-stuff
would-could
You are basically saying:
"Could I buy a and use things that would."
could i buy a play gear screen, project box and use that things buttons-would that work as a combination?
What's "things" and what "buttons?"

What are you trying to accomplish anyways?

"Could I buy a 'play gear screen', project box, and use the 'play gear' screen's buttons?"

Is that what you're trying to say?

If not, could you please write it in a proper sentence?

*Cough*sarcasm*cough* I said that because it's just obvious; kinda like saying, "Could I use this pen and combine it with this full ink cartiridge to possibly print something on this piece of paper?"

Depends on whether or not that ink cartridge is designed for or at least fits in the pen :P
