Ok, I'm planning to buy a ntsc snes because I want to be sure that I can play all ntsc games (some converters don't accept certain games), but the auction I'm looking at does not offer a ntsc controller. Can I just plug in a pal one?

Pal controllers work on a ntsc system. Ntsc controllers on the other hand don't work on a pal snes

Actually they don't, I bought a PAL controller for my NTSC SNES and it did not work.
