EEK! I ordered the same thing twice!

I was ordering from www.indplastic.com and to make a long story short, I ordered the same thing twice. Apparently, there is no button on the confirmation email saying that I can delete it, and I dont see it in the shopping cart. I emailed request@indplastic.com and explained how I ordered the same thing twice, and gave them the invoice number of the product. Do you think I will be able to get the order deleted? Sorry if this is bloggish, but I don't know what to do

Most sites accept order cancelations, especially ones based on a mistake.
