how would i be able to clean out all of my files or be able to start over

1. Back up all files you want to keep
2. Put in your windows install disc (I assume you are using windows, if you used anything else you should know this stuff)
3. Format the partition with the operating system
4. Make a sandwich while it's formatting (it takes a while, especially if you have a big hard drive)
5. Install the OS
6. Install firewall, antivirus, etc.
7. Use at least basic capitalization and punctuation
