Technically, you are allowed to drink alcohol when you are in the presence of or have gotten permission from a parent or guardian... Sometimes me and my dad will just sit on the front porch and sip some beer or, when I'm good, a little bit of Rum... It's not like I'm getting drunk, but it's still legal to drink alcohol...

In The UK from the age of four (or is it five?) you can legally drink alcohol in your own home with your parents consent.

Other people dont count so make sure you hold the party at your house
