so...uh did you even try ccleaner? because that always worked better than disc clean up for me.

umm. are you running any norton products? right click on your recycle bin and see if "clear norton protected files", or something of that nature is an option.


norton will prevent files from being deleted, so even though they are "gone" they continue taking up space.
