Wii // Smallest NES in the world!

Somebody in Japan put a Famiclone in a pencil case, added buttons and TV-out. Looks like a Wii Revmote. LINK (All text on linked page is Japanese.)

It's a bit thick (1-1.5" estimate, didn't look around), but how is it tall?

Plus Ben's has batteries and a screen built in. I could "play" a bare famiclone board does that make it the smallest?

I would also like to do a project like this and would appreciate if someone could help me get started.

I would like to have the same small-case design, except scrap the built-in buttons for two controller ports along with the tv-out

Any info on the sticky at the top of this forum or materials I would need to get started would be greatly appreciated.

I'll be making a micro-NES very much like that as soon as Fanboy's goods get here. It should be an easy hack, since putting things in a box isn't hard. It will use the main board from one of Brandon's Power Joy famicons, original NES controller ports, and original NES Power/Reset buttons. It will be photo-documented and I will provide correct pinouts for the 1P and 2P control pad ports.
