I am using an old Hip Gear screen I found in my closet. I got it as a christmas present a long time ago, but one dayit stopped working becuase I used something other than its defualt power supply even though both of them had 12v.
I managed to get sound and video- and rofl, everything else working again, but after a few hours (Maybe 2..) my power supply stops working.
The first time this happened, it started working again the next day. The second time, it died completely.
The screen i'm using requires a 12v Gamecube power adapter. Or, at least, the one that came with it, I guess. I was using the one that came with my nintendo.
Does anyone know how I can get a working power supply that will not burn out, or stop working? (I would like to replace this with some type of battery[or batteries] if possible.)
