Not really. I know that they can make the processor small enough to fit into the PSP from the PSOne, but that doesnt prove that they're doing the same thing as Nindendo is.

They wouldn't make a ps2 slim and a ps2 portable duh! psp= not even as good as n64 PERIOD.

Also where are you getting you information Kooldcman Psone is not the same as the psp its the same as bens Psp but not the one that sony is releasing in March.

psp is not even close to having 128bit graphics like ps2 duh! I have seen them it matches n64!

i'm saying this, and i dont really like sony, the PS2, or PSP, but i'm giving sony that they made a very powerful portable on par with the PS2. I will also be getting a PSP just for the reason of its power (along with a DS for its innovation and games) as long as they fix the IGN tested time of 3:30 with RR without wireless and the 2:45 with wireless of battery life.

even the best companies do stupid things. What is trying to be said is that the PSP is a new console, but has the POWER of the modern consoles, unlike the DS which is like an N64

psp is not powerful! its slow short battery life and i would not pay hundreds of dollars for a souped up psone!

yes, the PSP is really our ultimate goal, a console made small and portable and was obviosly developed to be a PS2 made portable, nothing but memstick slot more.

And you got all that from looking at screen shots. You know it isnt possible to make the same judgement call on say Wind waker, as the screen shots dont really show you the depth of the graphics. The PSP might be 128 it might be 64 until someone shows us the data sheet on the thing and has a logic explaination I dont see it being either at the moment.
