Help!

I'm using Firefox at the moment, just to let you know what browser I've got incase that'll help solve my problem.
Anyway, I'm just browsing the buzz, when sitting up gets uncomfortable, so I decide to put my elbow on the table and rest my chin on my hand (thinking-man style), when my elbow bumps the bottom-left corner of my keyboard and instantly all my browser text is large. This is most irritating and I assume someone should know how to fix it as it would seem everyone here is a firefox fanboy.

highlight some text, hold your ctrl key and turn your mouse scroll wheel up.

Next time hold CTRL and use the scroll wheel on the mouse.
