I think Outrun 2019 is a genesis thing, so it might be a GOAC. I'm just guessing though, and I'd trust CTfan over me.

edit: I'm probably just thinking this because it's made by Radica. Could still be a fun gme though.

My bad then.

I have only seen 3 threads even mention something such as this (regardless of the posts within those threads) after a quick search for the words "plug and play." Only one even mentioned emulation, another hinted at it, and the third said nothing.

So why is it that they are limited to the games on the chip?

Just a heads up to anyone; appparently the FB2 is part of this sale. I grabbed the last one at my mall's Gamestop tonight for $5.
