built in battery vs. removable battery
I'm making a wood case for mine. The battery I'm planning on using is a....about half an inch longer than the case I'm planning on building. The question is should i make it built in, to make the case smaller, about an inch smaller(length), or make it a tad bigger, so other batteries can be used also? I'm in bit of a pickle.

I'm planning on buying that one until i get a multi meter for my screen. I'm pretty sure i'll get that one though, and I'm leaning towards built in so far.
Edit: case i going to be like this, with the slants a curve.

Yeah i know. But if you haven't heard I'm trying to use the Verge gamecube screen, and until i get a multimeter, a 9.6 v battery works. I'm pretty sure that a 7.2 directly to the screen will work, but i don't want to risk anything until I'm sure.
But with the 7.2v, i thought the minimum v in for the dc-dc converter was 9? Or is there one i haven't seen?
Lmao My case design didn't come out right.
