Honestly, I've used one once, it's really not that hard. You just sort of tilt the thing to the right slightly, pushing the mouse into your right finger, while keeping your left finger slightly above. It sounds complicated, but it actually feels natural. Nothing you'd want to play games with, but I find it comfortable and aesthetically appealing.

But then again, I'd have a good old Logitech anyday.
