Well yesterday I got a GC for 20$ and it works so expect a GCp soonish (or not)!

Well I went to a local store that sells used and old stuff they just happened to have a "broken" one and I fixed it in like 10 seconds :roll: stupid ignorant people! :D

I'd grab a busted one off of eBay, but I know a few buddies who bought supposedly "powers up but doesn't read disc" cubes, and were shipped as completely toast.

check out ebay if you guys want some great deals like this, I've gotten two broken GCs before for ~$20-25 each that had the same problem,

Well an update with NO pictures! It's coming along nicely the case is almost done and the wiring is pretty far along too the thing is that rewiring the PSU was HARD! Don't do it unless you absolutly have to it took me 45 min but at least it works... I won't tell you anything about the case except think N64 on this one :)
