Xbox Software Mods

Hey everyone I have a quick question. My friend had his friend install a software mod on his origional xbox. When it is loading the dashboard, it says "Stealth Mode-Initiating". Does anyone have any idea what this means? I know I didnt give you a lot of info, but thats all we know. What I am really interested in is downloading it and putting it on my xbox. Any help will be appreciated!

He got a X-B.I.T installed (in other words, a modchip)

or else he flashed the tsop with the xbit bios via a softmod...
