Atari 800s and C64s can surf the web?

I found a web site with 8-bit with a web broser.

Google!!! Ironically that's how I found it

I've known about this for awhile, but is their any *C64OAC/ TV Games* C64 systems that can get *drives* hooked up and run this software? And, where can i get some help on this? Thanks
