Have fun soldering the FPGA, or programming it for that matter. I'd recommend brushing up your SMT skills beforehand.
And, keep in mind this only is made to hold 1 game at a time.

I'd recommend building the cart over here www.raphnet.net , it's much simpler although you will need an EEPROM programmer.

Best bet is to go mall-hopping and find some pirate Famicom carts with the games already on them
