Google released its new, free 3D modeling program today, called
Google Sketchup . Preliminary pictures look pretty cool, and especially very easy. This looks like a reasonable thing to use for case ideas and whatnot.
Check it:

HA! I laugh at all you Mac users! JK, Mac OS X is pretty cool, you got to love Garage Band!
Anyways, back on subject. I'm downloading this right now, i'm at (suprise) 42%!
I'd imagine right now you wish you were a cuttlefish...

It seems to be more of a Bryce-type program than individual polygon mangling program. Oh well, I guess I'll stick to Anim8or.

Meh. I'll stick with 2D for now.
Downloading buildings into Google Earth is pretty cool, though.

I'm using it to plan out my BS64 (yes, i'll use that name) and my PSp. It works well, but no, don't try it for modeling for games and stuff. Use Anim8or or (my fav) 3DSMax.

*Finishes testing the program on Windows, runs to the bathroom and washes hands, then pulls out iBook
Whew, so it's easy to model, but a little too easy almost. It'll be tricky to figure out how to make complex models, and not just cubes.

Why were you washing your hands? Ibooks don't deserve it. Or were you doing something in the bathroom you shouldn't be doing
Hey, sup?
