nintendo are such panzies, i think they said they changed it because they thought it would affect some crappy countries and make them want to have a "revolution" this kinda makes me think they have gone totally mental, but what the hay im still gonna buy one

And by the way, Fett....that's the Wii haters now!

I really wanted a Rev until the name change. I may not buy one just to make a statement. Nintendo has pretty much been dying since the SNES. And all you N64 and GC fans can't deny it. I love those consoles just as much as the next guy, but financially they were all substantial losses for Nintendo. Oh, and I want to point something out to everyone. It seems that the consoles that sell the most are always the ones with Square Enix support....another reason not to get the Wii. (CHRONO BREAK WILL LIVE ON PS3!!!)

I checked my email and one from gamespy said something about the revolution. I thought, "Great, some more info on the revolution".

That was the worst email I've ever recieved. They should have thought about what it could be made into.

Well, the name sucks. Period. It's going to be joked about forever in the Rev's (I mean Wii's) life span. Just like the DS "Touching is good" slogan. But the console 'should' still be great, and i'm probably still going to buy one.

Why not wait a bit?

Nintendo is CLEARELY going to lose a lot of sales, and this already-cheap console will be going down 50-100$ in the first 6 months. That's my prediction.
