I'm not sure a guitar body made out of a Genesis would sound good...

Does the shape of the body matter for an electric guitar? I know it does for an acoustic.

Well, a bigger body will result in a warmer tone I think... A tiny body will result in a really thin sound. But it more matters about the material of the body. Also, the pickups make a difference too.

You wouldn't play it, it's more of a gimmick thing rather than something to take seriously

actually completely

im sure it is a Squier Strat that is a piece of crap.

and bodies have a big role in sound and tone, especially the type of wood used. Plastic guitars sounds crap. So a guitar in a hollow thin plastic case, no good my friends. but god damn it is cool

There's no way the Genesis case can withstand the tension on the guitar strings.

There has to be a wood frame or something underneath.

The case itself would just bend and snap.

It'd be cool if you had a portable (A small one like a noac/goac or maybe a SNES mini) in a guitar body. THe batteries could power a preamp or something too, maybe. I'd enjoy that.

It doesn't matter with an electric guitar what shape it is, as long as the pick-up's can pick up the strings vibrations. Heck, you could make and electric guitar out of a car wheel if you wanted to! Or if you were just weird enough to do so. Oh, by the way, you have exelent eyesight or you're using Word to read this!

Wow... first we have the video game pianist, now what? I'd like to see that.
Hah

But really, why would you pay $100 for this thing? Is the neck worth that much or something? What a waste.

My friend and I were gonna do something like this with an NES. But then we figured we'd just pull our cash for a Fender  ! Well, he bought the Fender, I pulled out to save money for the CCAGShow in Cleveland!
