Its looking good. My only suggetion is to take the case off the jumper pack and then put insulated wire through the holes on the metal shielding and wrap it in electrical tape. It saves a lot of space.

very good looking so far. maybe you could sand the edges down a bit to give it a smoother look

Hmm...I like the ones that have it all mounted together like that. I'm also working on a PN64 and I made sheet metal brackets to hold my psone screen and N64 mobo together. Nice job of rewiring the controller too.

Looks nice so far.

Hopefully those batteries aren't li-ion, putting those in parallel can make it go crazy.

If I used Lithium-Ion/poly batteries without protection and they exploded and caught fire my parents would never let me portabalize again. Which would be too sad

why do you encase the N64 expansion pack? just take the whole thing apart down to the circuits and plug that in. I bet it will save some space depth wise...
