Get a 11V+ battery and hook it up to a mini-itx power supply. then buy a xbox psu connector->atx psu connector and replace the xbox power supply with the new mini-itx one.

what do you mean by 11V+? eleven volts or more?

there really is not such thing as a eleven volts positve battery, because positive and negative both exist in a battery... (and the current actually "flows" from the negative to the positive doesn't it, and it doesn't actually flow :-) "

Yeah, electricity does flow in a that way. Heres a thing from www.howstuffworks.com :
Electrons collect on the negative terminal of the battery. If you connect a wire between the negative and positive terminals, the electrons will flow from the negative to the positive terminal as fast as they can (and wear out the battery very quickly -- this also tends to be dangerous, especially with large batteries, so it is not something you want to be doing). Normally, you connect some type of load to the battery using the wire. The load might be something like a light bulb, a motor or an electronic circuit like a radio.
EDIT: YAY! 1000th post!

current does flow but electrons dont, the energy is passed along much in the same way that a "wave" goes around a baseball stadium and then overexcited fans use their "current" to send the hot dog man plummeting off the upper deck to his doom.

lol, I like that analogy......
Without games my life would have no meaning.
