I think its only a Microsoft thing. I mean, it doesn't run on my Linux box when I try to run it, but works fine on my XP box.

Well I don't have one installed... But if its not an intergrated part of the internet then its probably not going to work on the PSP.

Well just try it on the PSP. If it doesn't work its not going to do any damage. I honestly doubt it though...

How would Telnet brick it? It has no way of accessing the PSP firmware.
