Right click on the frame you want it to do that at, click actionscript, and there's some function... I think it's goto_url(); or something. I dunno, look around the actionscript window.

Well i've only been using flash for about
6 months but not in great detail. I can take
a look it if you want and i'm sure I could
turn the whole intro into a 'Button' symbol
than actionscript it to when you click it it
takes you to your website. (Will need the link to it).

Edit: Ok well I've done a little test and I should be able
to get it to work. The only thing is at the moment I can
Only link it to other 'Links' in the same file directory. So
it's needed that you have your homepage or whatever I need to link
to actually in the same folder etc.
Meh... So I don't post much?

You want it to jump to a page automatically? I think that's what I heard from you. It's quite simple actually, just select the keyframe (a 'bubble' as you called it) and go into 'Window'->'Behaivours'. Click on the little plus sign in the window that came up, and select 'Website'. Then type in the address of where you want to jump to. From what I understand of this, it must have a full domain and file path.

Hope this helped. Also, if you want a movie edited you can give me the SWF or FLA file and i'll do my best to edit it to your liking. I'll have to do it after school though.
I'd imagine right now you wish you were a cuttlefish...

Harsh, if you want the movie to automatically redirect the user to your homepage, open the "actions" pane near the bottom (it's close to the properties pane), go to the last frame, and add the "getURL();" line to the actions. Then fill in the variables to suit what you want. (or just copy the string in the code box and change Google's URL to your own. Whatever works.)

For example, if you want it to redirect the same window to Google, put this in the Actions script:

Code: Select all

GetURL("http://www.google.com",_self);
I threw together a demo of what this code will do <a href="http://img89.imageshack.us/my.php?image ... f">here</a>.

Have fun!

How do i see the frames?

EDIT: It just doesnt work....arg  Well, i'll see if you guys can do it. You can download the original website and the new intro here

What needs to be done:
Replace the old intro (just a red button that when you click it it goes to my site) with the new one (located in the intro video folder) And i also need the new intro to do one of these options:

A) When you click skip intro, it will goto www.pbtarget.com/harshboy/flash/main.html
-or-
B) When you click the video while it plays, it will redirect to my site (www.pbtarget.com/harshboy/flash/main.html)
-or-
C) At the end of the video playing it will redirect to my site. And if you can, take out the replay intro frames if you do this option.

iam7805: Can you make the intro say "Harshboy.tk" instead of "Company name" that would be great! Just download that file  It says it like a couple times so watch the whole intro.

Thanks for helping guys! :D

Well i'm downloading your .Fla now.
I can't promise anything but it seems
like quite a simple job. But until I actually
start editing it I won't know.

EDIT: It would be really helpful if it's po-
ssible if you can provide the new intro's
.Fla file. Because then we could just simply
edit the intro and then export it as a new .Swf.
Meh... So I don't post much?

Exactly. I mean theres probably a program
out there capable of such things but it probably
comes with a hefty price tag. Now to get the .Fla should
be quite simple, Considering he made it himself but
it shows the tell tell signs of being a premade intro
from a web company. Obviously they won't want
people stealing it so they only give out the .swf.
Making the current task at hand exceedingly difficult.
