No, caffine blocks the chemical that aloues you to sleep from getting into your system, it also constricts blood vessiles in you're brain. As for stunting growth I know that's a load of BS, I drank a 2 liter of Mountain Dew a day from age 12-18 and I'm 6' 2" that's 3 and 4 inches taller then my older brothers.

I think the whole growth stunting thing is true, because my whole family is fairly tall except me. I've been drinking huge amounts of caffine since I was about 10 or 11
I don't need to be any taller. Having to drive compact cars at my hight is bad enough. I don't want to have to drive like High Tower (Poilice Academy) did when Mahony was teaching him, you know he ripped the front seat out.
