I think Skyone said somewhere that his domain is a pretty good deal. Maybe he'll come to this thread. Oh, and Sam Fisher.
I'd imagine right now you wish you were a cuttlefish...

Midphase.com, $8 a month for hosting (12,000MB, unmetered bandwidth). You also get a free domain for life!

Well, my host is http://dreamhost.com and they are registrar of one of my domains but the registrar of my other is http://123-reg.co.uk . Both are pretty good.

Please excuse typos. Its 2am here and I have not had much sleep last night either.

Godaddy.com seems to be a good choice at $1.99 starting price. Go to diggnation.com and listen/watch an episode for a code to get 10-15% off you're bill. I know this sounds like an advertisment, but this is just what I've heard.

NVU Is a good one. It's got most of the features FrontPage has.

The Writer program in OpenOffice.org can make decent looking web pages, about the same as you can do with Word.

You could also use the Composer feature of the Mozilla Suite, or do it the hard way with Notepad.
