Im done with pics!!!!

Im done my first portable ps one and it all works perfectlly but the ps one laser ( the part that moves the lazer in its slot) still messes up when playing.....its not hitting anything inside....to get it to load up you have to hold the unit upside down....thats very annoying!

I can't help you with the disk read problem, but as for posting pics... take them with a digicam and file save them. Then go to www.imageshack.us and click to upload files then hit browse. Select your file and then click post! That easy.

Sounds like it might need adjusted. There is a small potentiometer on the laser cable, try turning it a bit in one direction, and if there is no improvement, try the other direction. This is only an idea though, and might make the problem worse. I just know this how the old PSX systems were fixed when they got this problem.

ok ill try that....the thing just grinds like loud fast rough clics when playing a cd it happens at like song 7 or 8
Edit: YES YES it worked .....well pretty much ....its a lot better..ill keep adjusting

so this lets more power in to the drive? or what

You can email them to me and I'll post them. My address is in my profile. Also... "lazer" is not a word. If you meant "laser" please spell it correctly... with an "s." Pass it on.

Edit: Huh... what gets me is that you spelled it "laser" in one spot and "lazer" in another... in the same post.

We'll pass it off as a typo since "s" and "z" are right next to each other.

thanks Crono Trigger.....yep thats it and the back has .....well a cd sticking out the back and R ....L and i used a cd game case...chopped it up and it is now the lid for the disk
