i think mine will be close to the smallest if not the smallest it will be approxamatly 8 inches wide 6 tall and 1.5 thick possably smaller depending on the case i make

My n64p dimmensions should be 9.25"x6.5"x1.5", but I made it larger than it needs to be so I can actually hold the thing

yes i beleive thats the size of the n64 board in width and height and i'm not quite sure where the 2.4 inches came from ...
