Oh No?!

Hey, I was working on my NOAC, and There was this "ribbon Cabble"ish cable connecting the AV to The Main board, I was putting that In My new case of my NOAC, and Then suddenly the Rabble breaks off on one end.
(The Contacts on the other side of the board are still connected, ) Is there anything i can do to fix this?

(If my step dad finds out he WILL KILL ME! Since we put out $70 buying this and the RF Modulator.)

The contacts on the Board are Connected, But the Wires in the Ribbon Cable are... Ripped off. So I may need to strip it then use Hot glue.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but in the book, Ben uses hot glue if you break off the ribbon cable clamp on the PS1 screen.

If both sides are broken off, just use some regular wire or ribbon cable.

Err yeah... the pictures don't really show what's going and where it's being plugged into, but just strip it then plug it back in. Be careful though.

Strip the wires, connect it to each pin where the wire previously connected, and solder if there is metal to solder too and hot glue if not.

Soldering is always WAY better and more reliable then hot glue, so only hot glue if nesecary (damn, I can never spell that word correctly!)

solder and Ribbon cable is usually pretty good for hooking boards together when the wires break

Do i have to use The wire that was Used on it Before, or can i use store boughten Wire?

Use store bought wire; it will be much sturdier. You can use the wire that fell off, but it's a bit difficult to solder to that thin stuff.

I suggest you should start off with a 20 watt soldering iron so you dont fry anything since its your first time soldering.

I have one that can switch from

15- 30 (But it burned my hand so i dont use it.)

and a Cold Heat one (It doesnt get hot until solder touches it)

Are those good?

Wow, NO.

15-30, use that, Cold Heat blows.

And use the 30W setting.
