help fixing a sega CD

i just received a SEGA CD (2nd model). its broke. does anyone know how to fix it? i go it for free. it has disk read errors.

Maybe the disc reading lense is dirty? Try cleaning it and see if that works.

get a Sega CD disc lens cleaner...that's all i can say...
