Hey, would you like me to give you some webspace thats add free and doesnt have slow loading times. better yet I could give you something like this which would easily allow people to add their images, and allow people to rate them? Plus it can refuse images over a certain size or resize them to your specified dimensions.
I'm not too sure why you would do such a thing? But who Am I to refuse free help? If you want to that would be great. All the stuff you mentioned sounded great, although I still want to make the final decision on the winner of the contest. Thanks.
Oh ya, I have no intention of other people choosing who wins. it would maybe help you if there were two you liked a lot and you could use the publics opinion as a guide.
Im not going to write it myself. Its a premade package. I know barely anything about PHP and so using different references would take me years to write it lol
